Attorney Robert Kinnear has a long history working with the justice system. Prior to law school, he graduated from the Mercyhurst College Municipal Police Officer Training Academy. His time in law enforcement took him to the Warren County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Veteran's Affairs Police Department. Now attorney Kinnear has a general practice of law, concentrating on criminal law, family law, personal injury, and litigation.

Robert Kinnear, Esquire is an experienced trial attorney, having worked previously as both a prosecutor and a police officer. He is experienced in all types of criminal cases from minor traffic citations to homicide. Attorney Robert Kinnear is also well versed in all types of litigation, including family law and other civil matters.

Robert Kinnear, Esq. is an experienced trial attorney that works hard for his clients. He received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law after graduating cum laude. After completing the intensive Trial Advocacy Program and receiving the most promising future civil litigator award, Attorney Kinnear was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and allowed to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts. Tyler Lindquist

Tyler Lindquist, Esq.

Attorney Lindquist, a native of Jamestown, NY, attended Penn State Erie, the Behrend College and received a BA in Political Science in 2013. Following undergrad, Attorney Lindquist attended Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2016. During his time in law school, he worked as a Legal Intern for the WMU-Cooley Innocence Project, the office represented convicted felons, working to help them get a new trial based on DNA evidence. Attorney Lindquist focus is on family law, municipal law, and criminal law.

Kaylene Coons

Kaylene Coons, Paralegal.

Ms. Coons, a Warren County native, is a graduate of the Lock Haven Paralegal Program.  She is a certified notary for Pennsylvania.  Prior to working for the Kinnear Law Office, Ms. Coons worked in the customer service field.
