Attorney Robert Kinnear began his career in the justice system as a law enforcement officer. A graduate of the Mercyhurst College Municipal Police Officer Training Academy, he served with the Warren County Sheriff's Office before moving on to the Department of Veteran's Affairs Police Department. After law school, he served as a prosecutor before starting his general law practice. Today, our law firm concentrates on family law, criminal law, personal injury, and litigation.

Robert Kinnear, Esq. is an experienced trial attorney that works hard for his clients. He received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law after graduating cum laude, and went on to attain an LLM in Health Care Regulation & Compliance from Loyola University of Chicago. After completing the intensive Trial Advocacy Program and receiving the most promising future civil litigator award, Attorney Kinnear was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and allowed to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts. Prior to working at the Kinnear Law Office, Robert Kinnear, Esq. was an assistant district attorney for the Lebanon County District Attorney's Office.

She received her Bachelor's from Thiel College in political science, history, and criminal justice, summa cum laude. Then, she continued on in her education to receive her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, cum laude. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
