Attorney Robert Kinnear began his career in the justice system as a law enforcement officer. A graduate of the Mercyhurst College Municipal Police Officer Training Academy, he served with the Warren County Sheriff's Office before moving on to the Department of Veteran's Affairs Police Department. After law school, he served as a prosecutor before starting his general law practice. Today, our law firm concentrates on family law, criminal law, personal injury, and litigation.

Allison D. Hartle, Esq. is an experienced criminal defense and family law attorney. Attorney Hartle received her Bachelor’s in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Soka University of America in Aliso Viejo, California. She received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2012. Prior to working at Kinnear Law Office, Attorney Hartle spent the majority of her career as an assistant public defender for Crawford County and Venango County. Because of Attorney Hartle’s experience as a public defender, she has vast knowledge about criminal trials and the overall criminal justice system in Pennsylvania.

Attorney Hartle is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and allowed to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts. Attorney Hartle now focuses her practice on appellate cases, family law and criminal defense.
